How far in advance do I need to book a workshop?
For a Single-Topic Workshop, two to three weeks' notice is usually enough. A Workshop Series typically needs four weeks to plan properly. Learning Programme Design engagements generally start with a scoping call and work on a four-to-six week timeline from agreement to kickoff. If you have a tighter schedule, reach out anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.
Can workshops be delivered at our own office?
Yes. Most sessions are delivered on-site at your premises around the Klang Valley. We can also work at a third-party venue if you prefer a change of environment — we're flexible on logistics. Remote delivery via video call is available for teams that are spread across locations.
What is the ideal group size for a workshop?
Most of our workshops work well with groups of eight to twenty participants. Smaller groups (under eight) can feel thin for discussion-heavy sessions; larger groups (over twenty-five) benefit from a second facilitator. If you have an unusually sized team, mention it during enquiry and we'll suggest the best approach.
Are the prices on the page fixed, or do they vary?
The prices listed — RM 700, RM 2,800, and RM 4,500 — are our standard rates for standard formats. Custom scope, additional sessions, or travel outside Klang Valley may affect the final figure. We'll always share a clear written quote before you commit to anything.
Do you handle topics outside the ones listed?
Our core focus is practical workplace skills — communication, collaboration, planning, and facilitation. We don't cover highly specialised technical domains or regulated fields. If you're unsure whether your topic fits, drop us a message and we'll give you a straight answer.
How do you handle confidentiality of company information shared during sessions?
We treat all client and participant information as confidential. We don't reference one client's situation when working with another, and we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if your organisation requires it before the planning conversation.
