Three Formats, One Approach: Make It Useful

Whether your team needs a focused half-day or a structured learning programme, we have a format that fits — with transparent pricing and no hidden extras.

How We Work

Our Workshop Methodology

1

Understand First

We speak with the sponsor and a sample of participants before designing anything. This keeps content grounded in your team's actual context.

2

Design Around One Outcome

Each session is built around a single skill, not a topic menu. Activities, examples, and discussions all point toward the same outcome.

3

Debrief and Document

After each session, we collect feedback and share a written summary. Participants leave with materials they can use the next week.

All sessions are delivered in English. We're happy to discuss Bahasa Malaysia delivery on request.

Single-Topic Workshop
Format 01

Single-Topic Workshop

A focused, practical session on one everyday business skill — clear communication, simple planning, or working well in teams. We tailor the examples and exercises to your team's context, and keep the session engaging throughout. Helpful for teams that want a contained, useful session without a multi-week commitment.

This format works well as a standalone session for a specific team challenge, or as a way to try our approach before committing to a longer series.

What's Included

  • Pre-session planning call (30–45 minutes)
  • Half-day workshop (approximately 3.5 hours)
  • Participant take-away notes
  • Post-session written feedback summary for sponsor

How It Runs

1

Enquiry and topic scoping — we confirm the skill area and group

2

Planning call to align on context, group size, and logistics

3

Workshop delivered on-site or remotely

4

Format 02

Workshop Series

A run of connected sessions that build a practical skill set over several weeks — facilitation, collaboration, or everyday problem-solving. Each session is active and grounded, with space between sessions for participants to try what they've learned and bring real examples back to the next session.

This format suits teams that are investing steadily in their people and want to build skills progressively rather than in a single event.

What's Included

  • Needs review session with sponsor and participants
  • Series of 3–5 connected workshops (agreed at scope)
  • Supporting materials for each session
  • Consolidated post-series feedback report

How It Runs

1

Scoping call to define skill area, number of sessions, and schedule

2

Needs review — short structured conversation with sponsor and 2–3 participants

3

Series delivered, spaced 1–2 weeks apart for practical application

4

Post-series report and optional debrief with sponsor

Learning Programme Design
Format 03

Learning Programme Design

A wider advisory engagement that helps an organisation shape a sensible internal learning plan — topics, formats, and a simple calendar your team can run independently. We tailor it to your goals and culture, and hand over everything you need to continue without us.

Built for established firms that want to build a consistent learning habit rather than booking an external facilitator every quarter.

What's Included

  • Scoping and discovery workshops (2–3 sessions)
  • Full internal learning plan document
  • Topic and format recommendations calendar
  • Facilitation guide for internal use
  • Handover session with key stakeholders

How It Runs

1

Initial scoping call — agree on goals, stakeholders, and timeline

2

Discovery workshops with HR, team leads, and staff sample

3

Draft learning plan shared for review and feedback

4

Final plan and facilitation guide delivered, handover session completed

Standards We Hold to Every Time

On-Time Delivery

Sessions start and end when agreed. Materials are ready before the session begins, not assembled during it.

Confidentiality

Information shared during scoping or sessions stays within the engagement. NDA available on request.

Written Scope First

Every engagement is agreed in writing before it starts. No scope creep, no surprise additions.

Participant Feedback Loop

We collect structured feedback after each session and share a plain-language summary with the sponsor.

Right Group Size

We flag if the group is too small or too large for the format we've agreed, and suggest adjustments before the session.

HRD Corp Registered

Eligible firms may be able to claim training costs under HRD Corp SBL. We can provide supporting documentation.
